HISTORY OF HAVILAH HOSPITAL.
Havilah hospital is a limited liability secondary healthcare company with headquarters in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Havilah hospital is a secondary care facility that currently operates two (2) branches in Lagos but hopes to expand to other cities with a vision to build a tertiary hospital in the medium term. Havilah Hospital was founded by Dr. Michael Abah and Mrs. Evelyn Abah in the year 2002. Havilah is a multi – specialist hospital with expertise in a number of medical disciplines

We also have ancillary diagnostic services like a well-equipped laboratory and imaging services (ultrasound, Digital X rays in view.) Havilah hospital has delivered more than two thousand healthy New Born babies and we have had close to one thousand caesarean sections successfully. Our total number of surgeries exceed two thousand surgeries which includes myomectomy (fibroid) , ectopic pregnancies ,appendectomy and appendectomies.

Dr. Michael Abah is the medical director / CEO of Havilah Hospital; He is a consultant Family physician with twenty- seven years Clinical and managerial experience in Public and private healthcare establishments. He studied Medicine and surgery from the University of Jos where he graduated in the year1995 with honors. He did his mandatory internship at the Obafemi Awolowo University, ILE IFE.

After his service year he proceeded to University of Lagos Teaching Hospital where he obtained a Masters Degree in Public health and Family Medicine. He has attended a number of courses which includes:
